Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all CELIA B garment tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
